2. Property: With a property inspection we can identify property challenges and interpret the land survey. If you do not own land yet, we can assist you locate property.
3. Home Design: Oasis designers can create a custom floor plan from your vision, a sketch or an existing floor plan with the details and elements you want in your new home.
4. Constrution Agreements and Closing: Finalize design and selection details and secure financing.
5. Pre-Construction Phase: Meet your Oasis Project Manager and obtain your builder portal access. Builder activities; collecting and processing surveys, site plans and permits.
6. Site Development: Land preparations; land clearing, excavation, foundation, septic, well, driveway, sewer, water connections, and grading.
7. Construction Phase: Three (3) scheduled walk-throughs with your Project Manager; Site Walk - Review of new home location on property. Pre-Drywall Walk - Quality ensurance and review customer's expectations. Final Walk - All final inspections completed.
8. New Home Orientation: Project managers conduct new home orientations, review warranty information and answer all your questions.
9. Move-in Date: Receive your new home keys and move in!
