We are extremely pleased to have selected Oasis Homes for the "Cabin" we purchased. The way it is set up on the property gives us the experience of "Up North" without having to leave home.
Mr. Carl Hartman walked us through every step of the process including the changes that we wanted, which turned out perfect.
The pricing, the set up, the delivery date, and the few minor details for service after delivery were handled by Carl and the Oasis Team in a very timely and professional manner and as such, made the whole experience from start to finish exactly what we hoped for "No Hassle"!
Thanks to Carl and the Oasis Team for providing us with a quality Cabin we can enjoy for many years!

When I think of the purchase of a new home, only one thing comes to mind, Kevin Collins! I literally dreamed of my new home for a couple of years, then this spring I was ready. I found the property, started with a lender and the ball was rolling, I was excited, Kevin was of great assistance throughout the whole process! A week before my construction closing I began getting the runaround by my lender. At the last minute, Kevin had some great ideas, so I switched lending institutions and within a week, I closed my loan and the construction began, I was impressed with how smooth everything had went, ordering floor coverings, cabinets, siding and custom design work. As the builder Kevin completed my site development and worked with the crew to make my dream a reality!
Now here I just enjoyed my first Christmas in my new 2400 square foot home! I was kind of nervous in the beginning, but Kevin Collins made my dream a stress free reality! Again when I hear the words New Home Construction I think of Kevin Collins!

We have conducted business with many different dealers over the years, but I can honestly say that Kevin Collins is the only name I would refer to anyone looking to buy a modular home. It was approximately eight months ago when we first met Kevin Collins, our home sales representative. Our daughter was four months old at the time, and my husband and I had been fervently searching for a place that we could call home.
We had previously spoken with many sales people. Some would follow us through the different home models, which made my husband and I feel uncomfortable to share our opinions openly. Many of these sales people would try to sell us on a model that we were not at all interested in. The pressure was becoming annoying, and we were frustrated with people who were wasting our time.
Other sales representatives handed us numerous pamphlets and brochures. With this being our first home purchase, we didn't understand much of the information we were given to look over. We were just about ready to continue renting when we met Kevin.
Our first meeting with Kevin was one of ease. He warmly invited us to his facility, and yet didn't pressure us from the beginning. We were left to look at the different models at our leisure and then return to him with the specific models we had interest in. When posing our questions to Kevin, he would take the time to explain things clearly and yet not make us feel inferior. Right away we were impresses and comfortable. We decided to purchase our home!
In the next few weeks that followed, Kevin handled everything. He worked quickly and diligently with the bank to get us the best interest rate possible, and he took care of housing community details. Kevin updated us regularly, and my husband and I were pleased with his help and involvement.
Without Kevin, my daughter would never have known the luxury she experiences today in our new home.
