What is logular?
Our Logular homes combine the modern building techniques of modular homes with the rustic charm and rugged feel of a traditional log home. These homes are built in the factory using conventional lumber, name brand materials and using state of the art building techniques. These homes feature R49 ceiling insulation R21 wall insulation and are completed with all the electrical, mechanical and plumbing finishes and fixtures. The interiors typically feature pine doors, accented with pine casings and base moldings, the stair systems often of log railings and the great room ceilings of pine planking. Often homeowners choose an additional wall or walls to be of planking or add log pillars and beams to enhance the rustic ambiance. The exterior can be finished in 4 different log profiles and a variety of corner options to include butt & pass, saddle notch, dovetail and corner post.
