Kevin Collins
Kevin Collins is our Home Designer and Financing
Manager. Kevin has been designing and building homes for 16 years.
Kevin holds many regional top Home Consultant awards and has
developed several award winning floor plans and is the Oasis Homes expert
home designer.
Kevin has designed and built custom modular homes from 800 to 4,800
square feet. He has been involved in several of the Chamber of Commerce
organizations in the area and a past member of the Lapeer BNI (Business
Network International) group.

Carl Hartman
Carl Hartman oversees the field operations and is the Financial Controller for Oasis Homes.
He has been a Michigan builder since 1996. In addition to his Michigan
builders license,
he is currently finishing his Master Builder certification from the
National Association of Home Builders. Carl holds a Bachelors degree in
Accounting from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Business
Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
Carl has built over 400 homes for owners with their own property and has
developed platted subdivisions, attached condominium projects, and
detached condominium projects. He has also worked on several large
commercial, industrial, and government projects. Carl
spent 6 years in the United States Army Reserve.

Richard McCarthy
Oasis Homes is proud to have the services of Richard as a full time Home Consultant.
Richard began his career in the housing industry in 1972 and held a Realtors license
for over 20 years, working in both the residential and commercial markets. Richard
was sponsored by Senator Robert Doyle as life member to the Presidents Inner Circle,
a consulting group of private citizens and business men to the President.
Richard changed from the conventional residential building industry to
the Modular Industry ten years ago when he recognized the modular
building format as the new future in home building. Richard is a past
member of the National Association of Realtors and is an Army veteran of
the Viet Nam War and a published author.

Raney Miracle
We are pleased to have Raney Miracle as our Customer Service Manager. Her extensive
background with the modular housing industry is a great benefit to Oasis Homes and our
clients. Raney has many years of experience as a customer service manager, as well as
several years as a Sales Coordinator for a large housing manufacturing facility.
Raney has
additional experience as the project supervisor for a general contractor specializing in
setting and finishing modular homes. Raney possesses working knowledge of what it takes
to build homes and makes sure that all our homes meet our high quality standards.
